Open Education Centre Foundation

Open Education Centre is developing programs, delivering training and elaborating educational materials in the fields of Civic Education, Global Citizenship Education, Education for Sustainable Development, Intercultural Education. OEC develops New Educational Technologies, is active in the process of Management of Educational Changes in Bulgaria and supports the development of Civil Society in Education through a Network of Community Educational Councils, through a system of Youth Educational Centers and City Councils for students’ self-government.
